The staff is really exemplary and they move relatively quickly with the high volume the location brings.   I particularly like the genuinely nice and professional attitude the staff has.  Not to mention they always make the coffee just right.

I'd proceed to the next U-Turn on Route 17 just to come to this specific location because they are always spot on. Anyone who is familiar with Route 17 understands how strong a statement that is!

Very efficient with serving customers. I got my "everything" bagel with cream cheese, and my coffee in less than 5 minutes. That's very important when you are on the road and just want to grab coffee and a bite and be in your way.
I asked for little bit of cream cheese, and unlike other dunkin places, they really put a think layer.

Been here a few times in the morning. I am giving them four stars but mostly in relation to other DD locations. One thing I like is that their coffee is consistent. I generally order a unsweetened iced hazelnut coffee with milk and it is a solid choice each time. I have had  not great experiences with Dunkin donuts coffee and especially iced coffee at other locations. Some add sweetener when I clearly say I don't want any, the coffee is sometimes too dark, too watery,  too much milk, not enough milk, etc. I swear I am not that picky especially because when I go to Dunkin, it is usually the morning and I desperately need coffee. But I just haven't had great experiences until I came to this one.

I also like that the staff knows the orders of a lot of their customers. This is a nice touch and something you don't see at all chains. I've gotten food here a few times. Bagels are good and they always have wheat which I like. Wish the cream cheese was more evenly spread but not the end of the world. Not a huge fan of their breakfast sandwiches but that is not specific to this location.

This review is more of an indictment on the sorry state of a franchise itself and not one store in particular, but that being said i am primarily referring to both locations along route 17 north and southbound in Paramus.

Unfortunately dunkin donuts is not very good at making donuts...at all! I was nearly blown away when I ordered a dry ass jelly donut for $1!!!! Totally gross and just plain bad. All of the creme/jelly filled donuts have the smallest amount of filling I've ever seen...this is a franchise-wide problem. Look...the coffee is good, and if you don't want to shell out the extra cash for Starbucks this coffee is totally fine, however, if you would like a tasty donut to appease your sweet tooth...please go to the bakery section at stop n shop supermarket on route 17 and experience a real donut for only .59 cents! I love sweets, and that is the only place where I'll buy a donut!

Wow, I must really love a good donut in order to sound-off on a franchise lol...what can I say....I love a good donut and I refuse to be ripped off at place that is supposedly renown for their donuts
